HOMER TOWNSHIP

There will be a public hearing on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the township
hall, 522 N. Homer Rd Midland MI for the purpose of the Homer Township Planning
Commission to receive public input on the proposed “rezoning of 938 E. Chippewa
River RD, parcel # 040-022-400-567-00 from Residential A (RA) to Agricultural
Residential (AR)” Copies of the proposed rezoning application are available for public
review at the Homer Township Hall. Written comments should be mailed to Homer
Township Hall, 522 N Homer Road, Midland, Michigan, 48640 and addressed to
Chairperson, Planning Commission and must be received prior to the meeting
time/date. All interested persons may attend and participate. Persons with disabilities
needing assistance to participate should call the Homer Township Clerk at 989-631-
4399, 48 hours in advance to identify accommodations needed.
